Farzad: A Data-Center Ban Exports the Upside

Farzad called a Bernie/AOC data-center moratorium a ban that exports the upside, coined an Abundance Dividend for host zip codes, and said people massively underestimate how fast Grok bot lifts $SPCX.

A data-center ban exports the upside

Bernie, Aug 23: he and AOC called about five months ago for a national pause on new and upgraded AI data centers. That is the Mar 25, 2026 AI Data Center Moratorium Act, not a local-only ask. He said 75% of Americans agree. That 75% is Heatmap Pro / Embold (Aug 8-13) on a data center "near where you live," not a poll of the national moratorium. Data for Progress in June had 63% for a one-year pause. Farzad quoted him Aug 24: data centers get built somewhere else. If jobs go, that still arrives over the internet. So the U.S. would export the upside and import the downside. Farzad's argument, not a policy scorecard.

Coin an Abundance Dividend

Farzad original at 20:17 CT on Aug 24: a hyperscaler or neocloud should coin an Abundance Dividend. Subsidize electric and water for residents in the zip codes that approve the data center. Also downtown, historic, library, and school buildouts as the PR campaign. Farzad's ask, not a company program.

People underestimate how fast Grok bot lifts $SPCX

Jason, Aug 24: Grok bot is a smash hit. 100 million users this time next year. More users than X in three years if the X team keeps this pace. Forecast, not an X or xAI disclosure. Farzad: people are massively underestimating how quickly Grok bot will increase $SPCX revenues. $SPCX is SpaceX, NASDAQ: SPCX (listed June 12, 2026). Farzad's thesis, not SpaceX IR.
