Using the site

Read it, share links to it, quote it with credit. Do not scrape the whole site, hammer the servers, try to break in, or use the site to do anything illegal. If you find a security hole, email us instead of exploiting it.

Who owns what

The writing, video, artwork, and code on farzad.fm belong to Farzad unless a page says otherwise. That includes the Digest, the Exclusive, and the books. Do not republish them, resell them, or train a model on them without written permission. Short quotes with a link back are fine.

Company names, logos, and trademarks that show up in the coverage belong to their owners.

What this is not

This is analysis and opinion. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice. Do your own homework before you act on any of it, especially anything involving money.

The site is provided as is. No warranties of any kind, express or implied. Things go down, links rot, and forecasts miss. Farzad is not liable for losses that come from relying on the site, to the extent the law allows.

These terms can change. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Keep using the site after a change and you have accepted it.
