Grok 4.6 Hits Frontier at the Same Price

AI & Automation

SpaceXAI shipped Grok 4.6 at frontier quality for the same price as 4.5. Twenty-five million people watched the cost of intelligence move.

Grok 4.6

SpaceXAI introduced Grok 4.6. It delivers frontier intelligence and is a significant improvement over Grok 4.5 at the same price. If frontier quality shows up at last year's price, the paid-API labs have a cost problem they cannot talk their way out of.

I stopped using Anthropic

Tied on agentic work

Grok is now tied for best performance on the current most economically viable use case for AI - agentic workloads. The money follows agents, and the model that can run them at scale takes the enterprise.
