Terafab Texas Will Be the Most Valuable Building on Earth

AI & Automation

Elon named the building. Twenty-four million people watched him say Terafab Texas will be the largest and most valuable structure on Earth.

Terafab Texas

Elon said Terafab Texas will be the largest and most valuable building on Earth by far, and that it will be stunningly beautiful. The most important factory of the next 20 years makes intelligence, not cars.

Jessica's Tesla

Paul Graham said Jessica bought a new Tesla and her experience with self-driving was the usual religious revelation. Impressive that a 23-year-old company can still generate that kind of reaction. FSD is still the conversion engine, and it still works on people who have seen every other tech miracle.

Grok Build for everyone

Elon said they are working on making Grok Build super easy to use for non-technical people. When building software is as easy as talking, the bottleneck moves from coding to taste.

$100 billion, then $1 trillion

Vintage Elon on the SpaceX call. My takeaways: $100 billion annualized revenue by December 2026 doing nothing, $1 trillion as early as 2029, Starship heat shield solved, one-year payback on AI data center capex, end-of-2027 data center capacity up 5x or more, NVIDIA the exclusive chip partner on the ground and in space, rocket learnings making data centers way easier than rockets, and Starlink commercial much bigger than consumer. SpaceX stops being a launch company and becomes the cash engine of the AI era.

Palantir earnings, Tesla production

Yesterday was my first earnings as a $PLTR investor. Tesla can do so much better on production it is not even funny, and there is something to being able to see a management team deliver a message - Elon and team should consider that. The market will keep discounting Tesla until the story is told as clearly as the product.

Sensible data center policy

A politician finally wrote sensible data center policy: if one is built in your community, you no longer pay for your home's electricity, you pay lower property taxes, and the site meets air and water standards with no exception - or it does not get built. That should be the standard nationwide. The jurisdictions that write this deal get the clusters. The ones that do not get left off the intelligence map.

FSD is the demand

It is remarkable Tesla had the Q2 it had with the $7.5k tax credit gone and massively negative coverage from Elon's government involvement. People are underestimating what FSD is doing to demand. If you can charge at home, there is no reason to own a car that costs more to operate, costs more to maintain, and cannot drive itself. FSD becomes the reason you buy the car, and the tax credit was never the real demand.

Grok 5, Musk Industry Engineer

Grok 5 being trained on all of SpaceX's proprietary data means Grok 5 is going to be the ultimate Musk Industry Engineer, and you will be able to infinitely deploy that engineer on whatever you want. Every company gets a copy of the person who built the rockets.
