Claude Fable 5 Is Back With US Government Cyber Blocks
Anthropic said Claude Fable 5 will be available again globally tomorrow, and after conversations with the US government they are redeploying it with new classifiers to target and block more cybersecurity tasks, with some routine tasks like coding affected in the near term. Fifteen million views on a forced re-release, and government classifiers on a Mythos-class model are how the next decade of open capability gets a veto over what the model is allowed to do.

Elon said Neuralink has solved through-dura electrode implantation, which greatly improves the safety and ease of interfacing with the brain. A safer path through the dura is how BCI leaves the trial ward and becomes a product over the next ten to twenty years.

Elon posted that Starship did a static fire. A static fire is the vehicle proving the engines on the ground, and that test cadence is how Starship becomes a weekly machine over the next decade.

I restated the Cybercab thesis, unchanged: Tesla will be forced to sell a car with a steering wheel and pedals built on the Cybercab line because production will vastly outstrip the number of places they can physically drop a robotaxi, primarily due to regulation, during a massive cash-burning phase for Optimus and Terafab. For the next five to ten years the volume from that line is a steered car, because regulation cannot absorb a pure robotaxi factory.

I congratulated Tesla on the milestone and said I cannot wait to buy mine with a steering wheel and pedals. I am not moving off that buy - the car people can actually take home from that line, for years, has a wheel.

I initiated a position in Amazon because in the age of physical AI, Amazon is unbelievably well positioned to benefit from self-driving and humanoids. A logistics network that already exists is what humanoids and robotaxis plug into, and that is a ten-year earnings story.

Tesla posted 480,126 deliveries in Q2, blowing past the 406k consensus, and I said the number that actually matters this quarter is not the cars. The delivery beat is the headline; the next ten years price the autonomy and energy stack sitting under it.

I said SpaceX just quietly filed for a whole new AI business, and the line between SpaceX and AI infrastructure just got real. A SpaceX AI entity is how orbital launch, Starlink, and compute become one company over the next ten years.
